Kathryn Rambo adeptly plays her collection of singing bowls and other sound instruments for a relaxing sound bath meditation. Singing bowls work at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual selves. Sound and vibration help facilitate a deep sense of peace, release tension, and balance the energy centers in the body, calming the mind and body, facilitating healing. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket so you can lay comfortably on the floor for the mediation. Chairs are also available.
